Shipping 📦

Orders are packed and posted every one to two weeks - please note it’s just me assembling and packing all orders! Your patience is appreciated :-)

Domestic (Australia)

All orders are sent with flat rate, tracked postage of $10, or free if you spend over $54+ :-)
Untracked $2 sticker postage is available for orders of small, flat bits. See list of what can be shipped as a letter below. 
Express orders are unavailable for now as I am unable to pack and post orders on such short notice, thank you for understanding!

International

All international orders are sent with flat rate, tracked postage. Any customs, import taxes, and other fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

Due to currency conversion, you may notice a difference between the name of a bundle deal (e.g. 3 for $20) and the price in your cart. That is because bundle names are written for my local Australian audience. Your discount is converted from AUD, so the number is your cart is correct ! :-) 

→ US shipping is back!!
US prices have increased from when I last shipped to the US, particularly for items manufactured in China. This is to account for new tariff fees to ship to the US.  Fortunately for my US customers, the USD is stronger than the AUD, so hopefully you are still getting a good price!

→ Trialing ... Untracked International! 💌
I’m trialling international untracked postage for small items, to provide a cheap shipping alternative for those that want to place small orders of mainly stickers. Please note that international letter postage will take longer (two weeks minimum) and may get lost without me being able to follow up with AusPost (untracked!). I know a lot of artists send their Patreon mail through untracked letters, so I’m hoping everyone receives their orders, but please select this option at your own risk <3

Items that can be shipped untracked: 
✿ Flake stickers, Bumper Stickers, Sticker Sheets
✿ A6 prints
✿ Small zines (< A6, excluding Sweet Sentiments)
✿ Message Cards & Greeting Cards
✿ Little Angels Keychains

If your cart contains any items that cannot be mailed in an envelope, the untracked shipping option will not show up. Untracked orders cannot exceed 250g - I will contact you if this is an issue. 

Due to various regulations beyond my control, untracked postage is the only option for customers in the EU + Northern Ireland, my apologies!

Packaging 💌

I use recycled paper-based backing boards, bags, and mailers to protect your goods where possible. I also will use a water resistant layer for all tracked orders, which will either be compostable plant cellophane or recycled plastic. Please note this may not be completely waterproof - if your mailbox is prone to being soggy, leave me a note at checkout and I will try to pack your order as water tight as I can <3

Returns 📬

Once orders are posted they are out of my hands, however please do get in touch via email ~

  • Within two weeks of receiving your order if it is faulty or damaged (send pictures + order no.)
  • If your tracked order has gotten lost in the mail (send order no.). We can reach out to Australia Post for compensation.

Other than for the above reasons, returns and refunds are not accepted. Please choose your items carefully :-)
