NOTE: Mellow Market takes place 21-22 Sept 2024 at Crown Conference Centre. As a ticketed event, you MUST buy a ticket to pick up your order from my stall (and visit all the lovely stalls!). Find me @ Stall J5, Upper Ground. If you are unable to pick up your order for any reason, you will have to pay for shipping and your order will be posted to you :-)

Shipping ๐ฆ
Orders will be posted every 1-2 weeks. Please note it’s just me assembling and packing all orders! Your patience is appreciated :-)
Untracked sticker postage available for domestic orders (Australia).
Express postage temporarily unavailable at the moment. Thank you for understanding!
All international orders are sent with flat rate, tracked postage. Any customs, import taxes, and other fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
If your order contains: a Deskmat & Calendar, 2+ Deskmats, or 3+ Calendars, please select the "Desk Mat + Calendar (2+ items)" shipping option. Due to the weight of these bulkier orders, shipping is more expensive for international orders. Apologies for the inconvenience!
Packaging ๐
All untracked $2 postage orders are posted in a paper envelope. Note this is not waterproof, and any water damage after the order is posted is not my responsibility.
Returns ๐ฌ
Once orders are posted they are out of my hands, however please do get in touch via email ~

Within a week of receiving your order if it is faulty or damaged (send pictures + order no.)

If your order has gotten lost in the mail (send order no.) We can reach out to Auspost for compensation.
Other than for the above reasons, returns and refunds are not accepted. Please choose your items carefully :-)
